with Meditation, Pranayama & Deep Relaxation
Bring your yoga mat
and props you may like such as a blanket, pillow, blocks...
Folding Chairs are available

This guided yoga class is intended to offer a nervous system reset
through the release of tension in the body, and relaxing the mind.
Yoga postures will be explored along with mobility joint exercises and some core strengthening with a focus on deep relaxation and meditation and breathing exercises with options and modifications for seated, standing, and yoga mat practice.
